++Watermelon Sorbet++

Ingredients:


4 Cups seeded watermelon
1/4 cup superfine sugar or bakers sugar

2 tablespoons lime juice




Preparations:

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and puree.

Transfer to a 2qt freezer safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours.

In two batches puree the watermelon mixture as before.

Return mixture to container and freeze overnight.

Let the sorbet stand 5 minutes before serving.

Be sure to make sure that the lid is on tight.
